Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Colorado headquarters, excluding some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch – ideal when you need gear faster
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch – perfect for larger orders
Pro Tip: Combine multiple items to qualify for free shipping while still getting everything within our standard processing time.
How long does order processing take?

Currently, we only offer our Standard and Free Shipping options. Our processing is already optimized for speed to get you riding sooner.

What’s your return policy?
Not 100% satisfied? We get it – gear needs to fit perfectly. You may return any item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
