RIDER’S NOTE: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products from our lineup cannot be returned:

  • Eyewear (opened packaging compromises hygiene)
  • Filters (air & fuel filters cannot be resold once opened)
  • Custom or special order items from our Exhaust or Body sections
  • Electronics & Mounts with activated software licenses

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging when possible. Include:

  • All original tags and accessories
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • The return authorization number clearly visible

NOTE: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ICON STORE is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing

Once received, our warehouse team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

  • Your refund is processed
  • Your exchange item is shipped
  • If there are any issues with your return

3. REFUND TIMELINE & METHODS

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective items.

4. EXCHANGES

For size exchanges on gear like Boots or Casual Clothing:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your desired size/color in the request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received

For exchanges to different products (e.g., swapping Bike Protection for Audio & Speakers):

  1. Return the original item following standard procedure
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Your refund will be processed separately

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive damaged Brakes, faulty Batteries & Electrical components, or any defective gear:

  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  4. Expect priority processing for these cases
