We shift into gear quickly with all orders processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
RIDER’S NOTE: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship globally except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our bikes. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our streamlined returns process will get you back on the road quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned:
- Eyewear (opened packaging compromises hygiene)
- Filters (air & fuel filters cannot be resold once opened)
- Custom/special order items from Exhaust or Body sections
- Electronics & Mounts with activated software licenses
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Package and Ship
Include in your return package:
- All original tags and accessories

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:

Exchange Options
For size/color exchanges (Boots, Casual Clothing, etc.):
